Core Sample Analytics (“Core Sample,” “we”) runs marketing-channel audits for home-improvement businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and through client work, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you send us through this website
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss possible work. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Contact form messages are delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery provider.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use advertising trackers or sell visitor data. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we'll update this policy.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
Client data in an audit
When you hire us for an audit, you share business records such as lead lists, sales records and marketing spend. For that data:
- One purpose. We use it only to perform the work described in your service agreement.
- Confidential. Confidentiality terms are part of every service agreement.
- Minimized. We remove your customers' names, emails, phone numbers and addresses whenever the analysis doesn't need them, typically once leads are matched to signed jobs.
- Original exports kept unchanged. We work on copies, so your originals stay exactly as you sent them.
- Service providers. We use reputable software providers to store and analyze data, which may include AI tools. Where we do, we use settings that keep your data out of model training, and we only do so where your service agreement allows it.
- Never published without permission. We never name your business or share your numbers, including in case studies, without your written permission.
How long we keep information
We keep website inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep client records for the duration of our work and for a reasonable period afterward to support re-checks, answer follow-up questions and meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email gabe@coresampleanalytics.com and we'll respond promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
