Client work has its own agreement
Paid work is covered by a signed Service Agreement and Order Form, not by this page. The Order Form sets the scope, fee, and dates for each service. If anything on this website differs from a signed Service Agreement or Order Form, the signed documents control.
Descriptions of services, prices, timelines, and refunds on this site are summaries of those documents. Prices may change, but the fee that applies to your work is the one in your signed Order Form. Nothing on this page reduces the refund, delivery, or other commitments in a signed Service Agreement or Order Form.
The scoping call
The 20-minute scoping call is free and creates no obligation for either of us. It’s a first look at whether your question and records are a fit. It isn’t an analysis, and it doesn’t start a client relationship. Work begins only after we both sign an Order Form.
What this website is, and isn’t
- General information. Articles, examples, and other content on this site are general information about marketing and sales records. They aren’t advice about your business.
- Not professional advice. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
- One client’s results. The case study reflects one client’s records over a stated period. It doesn’t predict results for any other business.
- No guaranteed outcome. I don’t promise any business result, or that an analysis will produce a decisive answer.
Sending information through this site
Please keep contact form messages and call bookings to what’s needed to discuss possible work. Don’t send customer lists, exports, passwords, or other confidential records through the contact form or the booking page. If we work together, we’ll agree how records are shared. How I handle what you send is explained in the privacy policy.
Using the site
You may read, link to, and share pages from this site. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or anyone else’s rights;
- try to get into parts of the site, its hosting, or its accounts that aren’t meant to be public;
- send spam, malicious code, or automated submissions through the contact form; or
- copy the site’s content in bulk, or present it as your own.

The text, charts, logos, and design of this site belong to Core Sample unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please ask before reusing anything else.

Other companies’ services
Some parts of the site rely on other companies. Booking runs on Calendly, invoices are paid through Stripe, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms, and I’m not responsible for them or for other websites this site links to.

This website and its general content are provided “as is.” I don’t promise that the website will be error-free, always available, or free of harmful code.
This section doesn’t limit any commitment in a signed Service Agreement or Order Form, including its refund and delivery terms.
Limits on liability for using this website
This section doesn’t apply to client work. Liability for paid work is set only by the signed Service Agreement and Order Form, and nothing here limits their refund, delivery, or other commitments.
For use of this website, Core Sample isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using the website or relying on its general informational content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them will be brought in the state courts located in Brazos County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. When I do, the date at the top of this page will change. Changes don’t alter a Service Agreement or Order Form you’ve already signed.
